Would stay there again for the location, it was favourable and lovely. The staff are welcoming, the hotel is clean and the breakfast is awesome.

The venue has comfortable location in the area to visit. Incredibly kind people are working there.

The whole room was well decoratedwith an oversized bed and the bedroom, as example. The food was decent with plenty of options. The hotel was in a peaceful location, close to everything. The staff members were all accommodating and consistently courteous.

My stay at Springhill Suites was excellent, from start to finish. The hotel was fresh, clean, and had a modern atmosphere that I really appreciated. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortably accommodated four of us, with two beds and a sofa bed. 

This hotel deserves its 3 stars. It served as a relaxing base for exploring East Syracuse, which was exactly what we were looking for. The area was quiet and not too far from the venue. Another great

The service was friendly during all my very very good stay. Clean facilities and the pool was great. Location: the hotel was not far from Syracuse as well as Carrier Circle. There was Dunkin' nearby, offering quick meals.  

Great swimming pool area and awesome breakfast with toast and choices-cereals, as for instance. Comfortable and quiet location in the East Syracuse area, easy to get anywhere...

The manager arranged for a nearby hotel and upgraded our room. Front desk was helpful and attentive. Breakfast area had ample space for large groups. Comfy bed and clean rooms. Convenient location 

The bright decor of the hotel was both relaxing and cheery. The breakfast staff particulairly a young woman named Darcy were friendly but very efficient making our breakfast a very pleasant experience. 

Not near a park or pathway to go jogging.
